This home was thoughtfully designed and constructed from the ground up on an empty lot, turning a blank canvas into a beautiful, functional living space. Every detail—from the foundation to the finishing touches—reflects quality craftsmanship, modern design, and attention to detail. The result is a brand-new home that blends style, comfort, and lasting value.

This project was a condemned house that was uninhabitable. We demolished the home and built a new home on the site.   Our design for the new home conformed to the narrow footprint and incorporated wonderful details on the interior.
