Community Involvement

Olde School Builders prides itself on supporting our community.  We support programs like Toys for Tots, Junior Achievement, and Easton Middle School’s “Girls Who Build,” and our founder, Craig, serves on the Board of Directors for Talbot Interfaith Shelter and For All Seasons. We’re proud to help build a stronger, more supportive community for everyone.

More from the Talbot County Apprenticeship Program

Olde School Builders proudly welcomes Jay, our latest Youth Apprentice, through a continued partnership with Talbot and Caroline County. He’s trading textbooks for toolbelts as he dives into real-world construction experience.

Talbot and Caroline County Youth Apprenticeship Program

From the classroom to the construction site - Olde School Builders partnered with Talbot and Caroline County to bring on our first Youth Apprentice, Kimberly, for the summer.  She will learn the trade and get her hands dirty.

Girls Who Build

Olde School Builders assisted with Easton Middle School's "Girls Who Build" after-school program.
We are very proud of the work these young ladies did to design, build, and decorate their toolboxes.

Toys for Tots

Olde School Builders collected the toys from community businesses to help brighten the holiday season for children in need

Junior Achievement

Junior Achievement empowers young people with the skills to succeed in work and life. From job prep to financial literacy, they’re building the future one student at a time.

Seen Around Town

You’ll see Olde School Builders around town supporting local events, strengthening community partnerships, and helping preserve the character and charm that make our area feel like home. We believe great building starts with strong community roots, and we’re proud to stay involved both on and off the job site.
